Do you think it'd be a good move to go to another forum with a different host?

I only bring up this proposal because I honestly have no idea why I chose this paritcular forum host... you can easily find a dozen more forum hosts that are way better, and way cooler looking (themes, administrative powers and member flexibility, etc).

If you have any comments on to yay or nay this proposal, please comment below! :)

If you do agree, however, please reply with a link that will go to a good (free) host that you have found, and describe it a little. I have already found a few that look good to my eye:

http://www.forumer.com/ - this looks pretty neat. 30 themes, unlimited bandwidth, but has ads. An option for ad removal if you pay.

http://www.iforumer.com/ - similar, but with 370 themes. From what I can see, it has no ads, despite it being free.

You can list some more that you find and that you like or have a preference for. There are a lot of free forum hosting services, but point on some really good ones. Ad-free is a wanted plus. :)

To all the Guests on the Construct (03-31-2007 13:03:52)

Hello, fellow internet drifters!

If you've found this thread, you're currently on the forum called the Construct. This is a place to constructively build creative and original ideas about the social sciences and the mysteries behind the universe. So far as topics go, it's a very holistic and broad approach, so feel free to post an astute observation or about a sudden inspiration.

This thread is to also inform those guests, whom I always see floating around on the boards, that I will soon be restricting access to the other two sections of this forum - The Majority of Life's Processes and Off Topic. Guests will only be able to read and reply in these sections of the forum if they register on the Construct. Guests will be able to read and reply on the News Section, however.

To register, please click the following link - http://lorie.forumco.com/policy.asp.

Thank you for your time, and enjoy your stay!

Okay, we're back... again. :P (03-02-2007 10:30:12)

There are 1 replies, with the last one on 03/02/2007 at 10:30:12 by Caryll

On Break (11-29-2006 22:54:25)

There are 5 replies, with the last one on 11/29/2006 at 22:54:25 by Kyels

Hey, it's November! I think it's time I updated everyone.
(This section is primarily read only, but you can post if you want to.)

I've been lacking in the forums recently, and by recently I mean the last month or so. I'm sorry that this is the case, but school has been taking it's toll on me. I'm really try to do sexy this semester, and it has taken away a majority of my social life.

That, and the condo where I live has been lacking the 'net for the last two weeks or so, so that has been keeping me as well, for which I'm sorry yet again. I'll be getting net back again soon, but even then I'm not sure to post.

To reassure you, once I get the internet up and going again, I will post a new topic or reply to something interesting once in awhile, if I have the time. I implore you all not to let this be too detrimental to your posting capabilities... I'd really like to see this forum continue. So invite your friends if necessary to keep it alive! I promise to post some more when Thanksgiving vacation comes around (about two weeks from now).

Soooo, that's the diddly-yo. I love you all!!

___________________

"I'm 22 for a moment,
She feels better than ever
And we're on fire,
Making our way back from Mars."
